Colton did very well! He finished only about 5 strokes behind Dustin!
Gage had a hard time not trying to whack the ball out of the park. (This isn't baseball Gage!)
It was a beautiful night to play, and only towards the end did it start threatening to rain.
We all had a great time today celebrating Dustin's big day.
Scott had a few hole in ones which put him at the top of the group.
This is a tough spot for Colton, and Gage takes notes since his ball is the blue one right next to Colton's!
I think Scott lost his ball? :-)
After we left the park and got halfway home, we stopped at the grocery store to pick up some ice cream to go with the cake and Scott discovered he didn't have his debit card in his wallet. The last place he used it was at the ATM to get some cash before heading to play miniature golf, so we went back to check, and it wasn't there. Thankfully we know the banker (our neighbors who used to live across the street from us), so Scott called him when we got home and he was more than willing to go down and get it for us. There is a safety feature on the ATM's, and if you leave your card in the slot for more than a few seconds, it takes it back into the machine so it can't be stolen. Scott told him he didn't have to go down there to get it, since we were pretty sure it was in the machine, but he did anyway, even though it was 9:30 pm! Thank goodness it was there in the machine and he brought it home to us! That was above and beyond in my eyes! Thanks Lee!

Finally, we get to the cake (and we forgot about the ice cream after all of the panic with Scott's debit card)! Emma accompanied us with "Happy Birthday" on the piano, and this has never happened before, but my memory card in my camera was completely full and shut off before the song ended! (I hope you're better at weeding out photos than I am when you're scrapbooking these past 2 weeks Kysa!)
