Only in Bismarck, North Dakota

Only in Bismarck, North Dakota can you lose your camera, and have someone holding onto it to give back to you the following day! Whew! Last night Scott left a message on the answering machine at the superslide office asking them to call us back if a camera had been turned in as lost. They called me this morning at 10:30 to let me know they had my camera! I haven't felt that relieved in a long time!

Since I have my camera back, I want to share the pictures and video I took yesterday on our Mother's Day adventure! :-)

Mom and Gage are way up ahead, but look at little Emma riding along the bike trail with no training wheels! YEAH! She still has problems getting started and needs you to help give her a push because the bike is a little bit too big for her and she can't keep one foot on the peddle while the other foot pushes off. Or at least she hasn't figured out how to do that yet on a regular basis.

Mom and Emma looking over the lunch menu at Meriwether's.

Dad and Gage waiting patiently for their meal.

Weeeee! Gage, Dad and Emma take their first ride on the Superslide. Emma can't ride alone until she is 6.

Gage and Emma riding the bumper cars!

Our neighbors happen to be at the Superslide at the same time as we did! The kids loved riding the bumper cars with them!

Gage and Hallie having fun! I love the big smiles!

Here's a little video of the kids driving the bumper cars. Enjoy!
